A Limited Podcast Series
Live Episodes on January 12th, 19th, and 26th, 2026 from 11am-12:30pm ET
Winter Hours returns again in 2026 to support your practice in the sweet darkness of winter, this time in dialogue with Lama Rod Owens & sister síofra!
As we are being confronted with the reality of systematic collapse, and the fear and anxiety that accompanies this moment, we are being called to the awakening of vital profound medicines that the natural world is attempting to offer us. As we enter the winter months, it is as important as ever to slow down to open to the medicine of winter, an offering that we need to face the reality of our collective moment.
The Winter Hours is an exploration of what it means to honor the medicine of winter, a medicine that encourages us to slowdown, rest, reflect, dream, and prepare for the call of spring awakening. Each session will be a journey into deep restorative practice supported by the wisdom of Buddhadharma, herbalism, yoga, and West African spiritualities. We will also explore themes of working with fear, resting for resistance, choosing freedom, and much more.
Suggested donation for this offering is $10-$25, however there is no minimum required to join. All donations are welcomed with gratitude; if donating is not accessible, you are still welcome to join us in practice. Click below to offer a donation.
