Join Lama Rod Owens & Friends for Autumn Moon: Gathering Freedom, a community retreat in the heart of the ancient Somerset Levels. Love and Rage invites you to deeply come to know your rage, accept it, and learn how to use the wisdom contained within anger as ground for liberation. 

This new on-demand, self-guided Love and Rage course allows you to move at your own pace as you learn about the core meditation practices from Lama Rod’s best-selling book, Love and Rage: The Path of Liberation Through Anger.
